About Le Cordon Bleu
Western Culinary Institute’s
commitment to excellence in culinary arts and hospitality management is strengthened by its partnership with Le
Cordon Bleu. Students from throughout the world come to our facility for a hands-on, industry-relevant training and
education experience.
Our 36,000-square-foot facility includes five lecture halls, eight professionally equipped kitchen classrooms, two
student lounges, a library, computer lab and full-service public restaurant. Our experienced chef instructors come
from the United States and abroad to share their culinary experiences in our well-rounded curriculum.
Western Culinary Institute’s location in beautiful downtown Portland, Oregon, makes it an attractive destination
with unending nearby recreation opportunities. Our culinary school is just one hour to snow skiing at Mount Hood and the Pacific Ocean.
